In 1997 two very optimistic and energetic gentlemen, Mr. Lui Khim Weng and a partner, had a
dream and vision to become a Malaysia leading infrastructure contractor in the future. They
believed Malaysia infrastructure sector would grow and develop in the future in line with our
country 2020 vision. With the knowledge, experience and capability in infrastructure works, civil
engineering works, warehouse and housing construction works as well as design and built ability,
PTM CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD. was successfully established to serve the nation in 1997.
PTM started its maiden projects which were the Teacher Quarters projects throughout the nation.
Most of the project sites were located at the central and northern regions such as Kedah, Perak,
Selangor and Pahang.
PTM started its infrastructural project by undertaking several landfill restoration projects in Kuala
Lumpur and Negeri Sembilan.
The company was very aggressive in improving and developing the company resources.
Therefore, their visions continue to expend and grow in line with the Malaysia infrastructure
development.
After years of expending and growing the company has implanted creative thinking and decided
to move a step further. The company decided to diversify into infrastructure sector and;
therefore, GREENCON RESOURCES SDN. BHD. has been established. The purpose is to
diversify its services to undertake Landfill Restoration works, Solar Energy Farm projects,
General Infrastructure projects, and public transport services as well.
With the optimistic and passionate personalities in the construction industry and attribution to this
fast growing nation, the team at GRSB is proudly to say that we have excelled in the consistency
of project quality matters achievement, accomplishing timely projects handing over dateline,
consistently complying with the safety and health regulation and commitment to ensure
friendliness to the environments for all the projects undertaken by GRSB.
